If you don't what the car import scene is, it's all the car imports like honda, acura, nissan just to name a few. Also in involves a lot of bolt on parts like exhaust, turbo, superchager, headers, also total engine swaps. Then there's the body kits, paint jobs, decals vinyl, wheels and rims, and ICE.

I most likely won't be home for the delivery so I want to pick it up at the nearby Fed Ex office. Only thing is, I'm not sure which nearby Fed Ex the package will ultimately end up at...has anyone ever done this? Please help. I know it is a pretty dumb Q

I had heard some time ago, that the newer autos, with fuel injectors, don't require warm-up and that only applied to older vehicles with carburators. I have a '96 Explorer. I always just turn on the ignition and drive off, even if the car has been setting a day or more on the coldest day. My GF has an '05 Subaru and always warms up first. Any thoughts?

It is an amazing handling car.

Lasts a long long time / durable and practical.

Relatively easy/inexpensive to maintain compared to other Porsches.

Do you think it's possible that a gas station might have pumps that say they are pumping out more gas than they are? I have a car that I bought new 3 years ago. I know when the gas light goes on how much is left. I know how many miles I can go on a tank of gas. I have filled it up every week for 150 weeks or more. The other day, I filled it up and it got more gas in it that I even knew the tank held. I've never been able to put that much gas in it. It was extra cold outside, like 10 below zero.

If I drive really far after the gas light comes on I expect it to be over 11 gallons, like 11.20

If I fill it up immediately when the gas light comes on I expect it be between 9 and 10 gallons.

this time I filled it up rather soon after the gas light came on and I got 12.48 gallons in. I have never got more than 11.5 in 3 years.

As silly as it sounds I can't find any info online for this. I need to find out the width of a standard two-way road. I would assume they are standardised but as I said I'm not having any luck so far...TIA!

How do you defrost your car? Painstaickingly scraping off the ice, or with a frivolous swoosh of hot water?
Have you ever actually heard of anyone who broke their windscreen with a kettle full of hot water, or is this an urban myth?

Do you frivolously through hot water over your car and race off in the morning?
Or do you painstaickingly scrape, scrape, scrape these last few mornings?
Do you actually know anyone who has broken their windscreen with hot water, or is it an urban myth??
