The 1961 Ferrari 250gt california spyder. That car in dark blue with tan leather, and a sunny morning on the pacific coast highway would be an absolute dream. Ferraris are the best cars ever made, period, end of story.

Astin Martin DB7 or DB9 I also luuurv the brand spanking new jag as featured on last seasons top gear, don't know all the numbers and letters for it but it was beautiful and fast, puurrrfect.

I love anything used in SCCA racing, but must admit I am partial to the old 60s Mustangs. Maybe someday I will build a race car like those.
