New Hampshire allows people to obtain their licenses at 16 and carry one passenger at 16 and a half. Would New Hampshire law apply in Maschusetts for the passenger part or Massachusetts law?

I have been a loyal SAAB driver since I first got my drivers license. Now that they've been bought out, I no longer care for them. :(

I want something in the made between 98-2003, fuel efficient, good in snow, dependable, and cool. (If the words SUV, minivan, or mom mobile are used to describe the car, I DON'T want it)

So...give me some suggestions. :D

Hi,

I live in Eagan ( 55122)
I am learning driving..and I'll be taking road test pretty soon.
As per the MN license test..
we need to do parallel parking and 90 degree backing/parking.

I would like to practice that...in some kind of empty space ( with some cones/poles..)without real cars close-by..

I live in an apartment..and there isn't much parking space...in the complex

I am just wondering is there a place somewhere that Minnesotans/Eagans..do the practice..
and my next question is..is it legal to practice...that in a empty parking lot..?

Thanks!

Got into an accident, didnt call the cops or the insurance. I am paying the lady 300 dollars... to get the F*** scratch remove from her bumper at the most expensive auto body shop in VA. my co-worker recommended me to get some legal contract from staples and have her come in and sign infront of a notary.

Do you guys think I should do that.. or just give her the check and make it payable to the auto body shop and write for auto accident in the memo section???

I know the lady, not to well...but i am pretty sure she wont take me to court after I pay her... would a simple check hold up??

Don't they realize they can cause a wreck? Once, during morning rush hour, I was in the middle of busy traffic. This pickup truck kept trying to squeeze its way between me and the car in front of me. Every time it tried, I would honk my horn. One would think that the idiot would have realized that since I honked my horn every time that there was NO WAY he was going to get in!

If yes, why?
If not, why?

I prefer not to. It makes my car heat up faster as I drive away, hence making me warmer. :)

I drive a 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport (four-door). Whenever I have a car-load of people (4-5) and it's winter, I typically get foggy windows inside the car.

Is there anyway to prevent this from happening? Or is there some type of cleaner or solution I can put on the windows to prevent it.

I can always crank the heat on the defroster and get it off the front window, but the door windows are always hard to see through.

Serious responses only, please. Thanks!

My car was being serviced for an oil change and was left at the car shop since I had to do some shopping. The shop called (while i was shopping) and told me that someone hit my car and sped away. This happened when the car was parked outside the shop since the oil change was already done. They do not have any information on the car that hit mine. The shop called the police but I was not able to speak to the officer personally.

Should the shop be liable for repairs? Could the shop's insurance cover what happened?
