I was on my way home and was taking a two lane road on the back side of town. All of a sudden traffic seemed backed up as far as I could see. It was strange because it is not a busy road. Some fat b*tch in her 60's was going about 40 mph when the poste limit is 55. Instead of pulling off and letting people pass she just drove slow and backed up traffic. I new i needed to take action. She finally turned off and I followed her to a stoplight and pulled next to her open window. 'Hey b*tch!' I yelled. When she looked at me I took my full cup of mountain dew and lobbed it over the roof of my car and into her lap. It was by luck it went where it did. She freaked out and I think she started crying. I was just defending the roads. But did i overreact?

I take the bus. I commute to the neighboring town to work. Lately the specter of budget cuts has haunted the region. If they decide that this particular route is too costly? I'm not the only one effected, HUNDREDS take this same route, every day,and every night,to work. If they cut service- what-do-we-DO!? :O

I have a "one" railway season ticket that covers my overground journey and zones 2-6, alas it's paper and need replacing frequently. Is there anyway to get my zones duplicated onto my Oyster card?

you know they can see your bright blinking yellow/red light and you are practically sticking your head and arms out begging them to let you in and they just stare at you and tailgate the car in front of them refusing to let you in. im sorry but when i see someone signaling to change lanes i drop back and let them in.

Ok, usually, when you pass the tolls on the highways and turnpikes and such in Delaware, New Jersey, and New York (and maybe some other states, I dont know), you have the option of an EZPass that makes things go quicker, right? Say you head down south to Florida, where they use... (correct me if I'm wrong) the SunPass, what would happen if you went through the toll plaza in Florida with the EZPass instead of a SunPass? (okay, you can use other states too...)

Global warming caused by carbon emissions. Carbon restrictions to save our planet from the destruction caused by massive warming. Carbon restrictions will cause a large life style adjustments (i.e. $10 gal gas, electric power restrictions, driving, travel bans, commuting tax....just the beginning)

Sadly, its been so long since I have been able to fill my tank with gas that I forgot. I do remember something about checking how many miles you have traveled, and then dividing something. But I don't remember the something. Do you?

The UK went metric in 1971 yet 35 years and 2 generations of drivers later we are still using miles and yards for distance and speed on our roads.
Isn't it about time we changed to metric and let the old archaic mile go? After all the number of drivers who have no idea what a mile actually is is increasing every year. How long do we have to hold on for the older driver??
