Many Union 76 stations in CA sell 100 octane (I've found them before by checking at the unocal website and have found a few here in Northern CA). The 100 octane unleaded is all you will generally find available at normal pumps. The previously mentioned locations here may have the higher octane leaded gasses (you will also generally be able to get this at any race track, along with the 100).

Of course, the question then becomes why you are looking for this. Most cars will not benefit from running 100 octane (and if you have a car that requires something like 110 leaded, then you are probably already familar with the ins and outs as to getting it). The only performace gain you will find with this is caused by lightening your wallet.

Though, if you are running a car that would ideally be on 92 or 93 octane and are left to only have the 91 available here in CA, the occassional addition of a gallon of 100 can make for a little added protection.
