I have tried four times contacting Toyota by phone and e-mail and they don't reply. I really like the car's exterior and would like to know if anyone knows the background of any of its design? Thank you.

we have both been driving that car for 2 years, neither one of us could remember if it was a corola or a camry

Is that strange? Should we worry about it?

Its really true. Embarasing but true.

Hi. I'm just curious if anyone else has this problem. When I have the back window down and accelerate there is a HORRIBLE smell that comes inside the vehicle. It's so bad that I don't even open it anymore while driving. I took it into the dealership once and they told me it was something to do w/ a cada-someting convert-something. (I know NOTHING about this kind of stuff.) I guess I was just curious if other owners have this problem.

And if the dealership is right and it's nothing to worry about... WHY do they even have a window if you can't use it?! (The smell is THAT bad!)

For a hybrid like the Toyota Camry or Prius, does down shifting to slow down recharge the battery? I want to know if I should brake or down shift to slow the car down and save energy. Thanks!

They have the same engine and transmission, but the Yaris gets 40 mpg… The xA only gets about 36 mpg - but it is sportier and has many more options… But the base model Yaris is less expensive… AARRGH!

Could anyone please explain to me the concept of the "unitized body construction"? The salesman did try to explain it, but didn't do a very good job.

The last time I took it in to the dealership for an oil change I was informed that I didn't need to come in but only once a year since I put very few miles on it. I have less than 9000 on it right now. I have always had oil changes done every 6 months. I had planned on going back and getting an oil change in Feb. 2007 should I?

I have a 4 door 1997 toyota RAV4.
It's older but I'm trying to fix it up a bit. Sort of a DIY Pimp My Ride.
I'm looking for a car bra for the front end.
Can anyone recommend a good easy to install car bra?
Or can you at least tell me what to avoid?

I have been told that it could be the float, or the sending unit. Is this something I can fix myself? How do I fix it?

Any ideas on what my next car should be. Currently have a 1999 peaugeot 206 but head gasket recently went and cost me £400+ to fix! Previous car was a toyota corrolla which never let me down. Only got current car as part of my divorce settlement anyway. Had a Ford Fiesta about 10 years ago but Tempted to get another Corrola or Yaris from 2003 onwards. Had a Ford Fiesata about 10 years ago which was also a good runner but like current car, no boot space?Any ideas?
