i put on a new altenator and battery , yet i'm not getting and fire to my charging fuse under the hood nor is there any fire to my fuse connected to the battery #2 fuse,what's the problem?

a lose wire or connecter :(

or bad wire, fusible link

The problem is you need a new car. An 84 Toyota is lucky if anything is working.

1. did a licensed machanic re-install them or was it done by someone else.
2. re-installing the alternator you will have to make sure(get haynes book see specifics) for what is top dead center of the firing order for your vehicle. you can replace all the major parts but
if the firing isnt callobrated right or set right, then that will mess it up also. good luck

Sounds as though you have a wire crossed somewhere....not connected properly ....or not tightened down all the way.

Check your ground strap to the frame as well as checking to make sure you have your cabels hooked up properly.
