it's been adjusted before, now the rattle is back (off and on).

Better yet, fix it yourself.

Take the sunshade off (it's held on by a series of screws).

At each place where there is a screw holding it on, use a dab of clear silicone weather stripping caulking.

Put the sunshade back into place and screw back on, and remove the excess silicone.

The silicone acts as a gasket between your car and the sunshade, absorbing the little vibrations that can cause an annoying rattle between two solid objects.

Impossible to tell. Take it back to where it was repaired - obviously they were in the right neighbourhood if it went away for some time.
