Do you know, that to change a headlamp bulb on a Renault Modus you need to remove the front bumper and the headlamp to change a bulb?!

I want to make a complaint to Renault Customer Services Dept but cannot find their address or telephone number, and their web site does not allow any e-mail contact. I am in N Ireland but want their HQ in England.

Yes, I know the Megane II suffers with disc brake squeal, but has anyone managed to sort it for the life of the car?

Has anyone yet tried to pull the caliper pistons out, grease the piston sides, (Correct grease type please) refit them, bleed the system and then refit the pads using copaslip grease and anti-squeal shims?

Does this work on the Megane?

Has anyone a Renault Picasso? A friend of mine has just bought one but he is disappointed with the reflection of his dashboard he gets on the large front windscreen, if you know what I mean. I had a look today and it was awful. Any suggestions what he could do about it? I know he should have noticed this before he purchased, but to late now....Thanks Ron.

How do I open the door of my 2002 Laguna II with the small emergency key located in the main remote key. The key went through the washing machine and now doesn't work. My wife is on holiday with her in laws and cannot open the car door. I am abroad on business so can't do much. I remember there is a slot on the bottom of the passenger door handle, but am having trouble telling the correct insructions over the phone.

It is a renault megane 1.9 diesel 1997. The horn starts to loose strengh, then stops altogether. I tried it again a day later and it worked for a few minutes then lost strengh and died out again. If anybody posts an answer please make it as clear as possible as I know virtually nothing about car maintainance. Thanks

My clio hadn't been used in 9 months. When I did start it up and take it out, it went at 20 mph and has no pull to it at all. I couldn't get above 3,000 revs on the counter. The battery has been charged and there was no improvement. The car doesn't even have 17,000 miles on it. Any clues ? I'd appreciate any help.
