There is a drip pan beneath the cooling coils that are in your furnace. There should be a drain line coming from that. It is probably plugged up.

When the air conditioner is working, water condenses on the AC. A properly functioning AC will have a pan that catches the water and drains it away. It sounds like yours may have gotten the drain plugged and it's all rusty inside. Since it can't drain properly, it's being caught up in the airflow. You need to get it serviced - hopefully, they won't have to replace the catchpan.

The drain hose for the air conditioning on the car must be clogged so the water cannot drain outside.

Wherever the water is coming from you should get it sorted asap. The water droplets being dispersed can contain Legionella bacteria, especially if the water has other physical contaminants, such as rust or dirt.

You have condensation forming on your compressor. Since it is rusty, the exterior of the compressor must be rusted or it is running along an area that is rusted.
