I want to make a complaint to Renault Customer Services Dept but cannot find their address or telephone number, and their web site does not allow any e-mail contact. I am in N Ireland but want their HQ in England.

My service book lists numbers for dealers all over the place, but not for a HQ.
Try calling my Local dealer/service agent, they are really good and have been very helpful to me in the past.
They are in Devon, but they should be able to give you the right people to contact. I just tried to ring them myself for you, but as it is nearly 6pm, they've all gone home.

look up a dealer in england and ask the number of the hq.... 192.com may help
