I already have two Amps and am planning to purchase Two S12L7 subwoofers. The amps that i have are:

1. Legacy 4000 Watts Amp - 2-Channel (Model: LA2268)
2. Sound Storm F2500D - ClassD MonoAmp

Question # 1: Will the Legacy 4000 watt amp be good enough for Two S12L7 (4-ohm) subs ?

Question # 2: Will the Sound Storm F2500D MonoAmp be good enough for Two S12L7 (2-ohm) woofers ?

Question # 3: Can i still use any of these amps if i use just one of those woofers ? Either 2-ohm or 4-ohm ? Which one for the 2-ohm and which one for the 4-ohm ?

Can you connect your ground wires from your car stereo system to the negative connection on your car battery rather than grounding them out in the cars frame? What are some (good or bad) side affects?

I saw this eclipse once that had the trunk seemingly fiberglassed (subs and amp were built into trunk) and the feel of it was rubbery vinyl, not the usual fabric upholstery. What was this material that the guy used? Simply a name would help..Thanks!

i alreayd have a 4 channel powering my subs and am not satisfyed with it. which kind-2, 3, 4, etc. channel amp should i be looking for and how do i actually connect them together. is there any re-wiring that ill need to do with the head-unit and/or subs as well? thanks-i will have more questions later

i have two hifonics amps in my car. for some reason my fuse that runs to the sub amp keeps blowing. its so bad that i have to keep extra fuses in the glove box just in case. when i let the seat down that the fuse box is mounted to things seem to be ok. is it just too hot back there? any ideas would be great. the sub amp is a hifonics 2x1000. and is running to two alpine type r 12's
