I have 2 12 inch woofers in a sealed box and a 400 watt kicker amp.The amp stiil has power. Could it be the fuse on the wires connected to the battery.

400 watts is not enough to push 2 12inch woofers you shoud have two 400 watt amps ,one amp for each speakes

Well, the first thing you want to check is that the speaker wires are attached to the Subs. I think I saw where someone said checking inside the box as well, do that. lol If the amp has power, it's not the cables from the battery, or the fuse. Sometimes the head unit will (for lack of a better term) mess up. Try turning the subwoofer off, then back on, from the head unit. If it's not one of those I don't know what it would be, 400 W's shouldn't be enough to blow 2-12's.

If you have power to the amp I don't think it would be the inline fuse coming from the battery. Check to see if all your wires from the amp are connected still.

if your amp has power its your speaker wires check the connections inside your box

check in side the box take the speakers out and ceck back there.If you don't have a head unit that has RCA cables you may whant to cheack the in line RCA or could be your high input.

ever who wire did probably wired it strait to a 12 volt power supply,,it needs to be wired,,so that you can turn it off or on,,which ever is desired,,have it checked by ever who put it in for you,,this will need to be fixed,,i hope this helps.
