I have a 1999 Ford Ranger and we had our Pioneer car stereo stolen out of it (they broke the window) and left us with open wires. We'd like to install a new one, but need a wiring diagram. Anyone know where to get one ?

You don't actually have to have a diagram. In the car audio section of WalMart they sell adapter plug ins that make it a LOT easier to stick an aftermarket radio in. And you don't have to cut any of your Ranger's wires. The adapters usually come with a list of what wire is what and the last one I bought for our 94 Explorer even had the info printed directly on the wires. I think I paid $8 for the adapter which would be the exact same one as you need for your 92 Ranger. This doesn't directly answer your question, but it sure could solve your problem.
