Read your contract. Do you mean he wants you to take it to the dealerships shop or any shop. Why does he want you to take it to a shop?If you are paying for a car he owns give that sh!t back to him and get one for yourself. Your already paying for one, might as well get one for yourself. Again look at your contract and see if anything restricts you from fixing the car at any given location.

Take the car to be fixed. If you do not the value is decreased. Since your boss hold the loan it is the boss who losses out if you stop paying on the car and he,or she, can not get a fair value for the car because its damaged.

Why do you want to use your dad? Take it to a shop. If insurance is paying for it who cares? Barnabus is an idiot. Your boss can't really sue you as long as the car is repaired properly however he CAN take the car from you since he is on the title. Even if you show proof of payment, it won't mean anything. His name is on the title!!!

Wow, it sucks to be you. Where I live you pay liability insurance and you only pay a $150 surcharge if you shmuck up someone else's vehicle.

first ? is the vehicle in your name,2nd ? do you have proof of payments,if u have all that i don't see one bit of a problem as long as the vehicle is repaired to standards and is in safe operable conditions and is not considered a road hazard.
