You can get them decoded at a good repair shop it usually costs about £10. DONT put it in the freezer this just introduces moisture to the inside and destroys the printed circuits!!!!
You could also get the code from the vehicle makers or phillips but if the radio in the car has been swopped at any time then they will give you the wrong one!

You'll need to get that from Phillips, or an authorized retailer. Be prepared to show proof of ownership.
