In the above article additional lights are referenced that are used by pilots during an instrument landing. These are in addition to those which line the runway. What exactly are these additional lights they are talking about here? I fly commercially often and only see lights on the ramps and runways (but then I never see the runway on approach so maybe something from the air?)

I worked in Airlines for almost 8 years, my earned may BBA & EMBA in Finance, I wish can earn an Aviation degree and work in Airlines again, any great University offer the great Aviation courses in the USA?

Currently in the UK, reading up etc but I've read that its cheaper and better to learn in the States ? wouldn't mind trying a helicopter first, how long would that take and anyone got any info on the subject ? would be greatly appreciated... thanks

I am thinking about applying for position of a cabin crew with easyJet. Does anyone know how high is the salary over there?
