Initially it was used by the company which manufactures Sukhoi fighters - KnAAPO, which stand for "Komsomolsk-na-Amure Aviatsionnoye Prozvodstvennoye ob'edinenie" - (the Komsomolsk-on-Amur Aviation Production Association). Now KnAAPO is part of Sukhoi holding, which also includes design bureau "Sukhoi" and other companies. It's quite possible that Sukhoi is now using
