I seen a light with a red blinking one, this aircraft flew through the area quickly, but made no sound. I am looking for the logical explanation for this before I jump to conclusions.

There are a lot of reasons why a plane might seem like it is not making any noise. The first is distance. If the plane you saw was a passenger jet at altitude, it was several miles away from you when you saw it. (35,000 feet altitude equals over six miles)
If the plane was a private aircraft, it was still probably over a mile (5,280 feet) away, and it would not be terribly loud to you.

Another possibility is that the wind was blowing. Wind plays a major factor in how and what direction sound travels. If the wind was blowing from you towards the airplane, you might not have heard anything at all. If the wind was blowing from the airplane towards you, you would have heard a great deal more noise.

Yes, gliders can fly limited distance without the use of an engine, but that is not common.
Yes, a plane traveling over the speed of sound (Mach 1+) would not make any sound, UNTIL it passed by you. At that point, the sonic boom would have been extremely loud. Aircraft are not allowed to fly over Mach 1 over land because the sonic boom can literally crack windows on the ground, even when at very high altitudes (60,000 feet/11+ miles).
Yes, the B-2 Spirit and F117 stealth aricraft are designed to emit very low levels of sound (when seen from certain directions).

Best guess, without knowing a lot more about the conditions, is that it was a combination of wind and distance that made then plane sound quiet.

Gliders of course are very quiet. Any aircraft can be quiet if conditions and the A/C itself are right. Often Airliners at Crusing Altittude can't be heard from the ground. Other times they can depends on conditons. Also the drive in the past few years have been for quieter A/C.

I have a subject matter with Gore the guru who flies round a gas guzzling jet.So does Queen Pelosi who opted for a better one to fly lower from side to side to California.keep in recommendations her announcing she needs to maintain the planet, yeah she flies we walk.we may be able to all commence through utilising the hot means saving mild bulbs. Lots of light aircraft in Germany have exhaust pipes and silencers like a car, they are as quiet as a car. In the US and UK they run without exhausts. just a silly little stub pipe which is why they are noisy.

Eastern Airlines used to call their planes "Whisperjets"
