Who can I ask?

I live in UK

Also would they sponsor me for the full course unitl I become a pilot or is it just for 1 licence?

You should contact your operator asking him or her where you can find a sponsor.

Here is a list of Worldwide private jet operators. I am not aware of any programs to sponsor commercial pilot training. However, once you have obtained the license it is common to get a company to pay for type ratings.

You need to contact the school you plan to attend. They are the ones to sponsor your visa. Since 9-11 the rules have changed,
you must have a background check, fingerprints etc.

ask big companies with lots of money so if you fail the wont go bankrupt! : )
