that SUKHOI 30-MKI is the best plane(interceptor)?

I agree with you(SID), at the moment Su-30MKI seems to be the most effective fighter, particularly in short-range and medium-range combats.
This had been proven during a squadron exchange between US F-15s and Indian Su-30MKIs.
In fact during this experience some fiction-duells (DACT-dissimilar air combat training) took place and Indian fighters demonstrated to be very superior to F-15s, so superior that F-15 pilots admitted to have been scared by those planes and they started asking when the new fighter(F-22) is arriving to fill the gap.
F-15 showed to be still competitive in long range combat, because of his still good radar, and good medium-long range missiles AIM-120.
In a few years we will see with the new entries in full service of F-22, Rafale, Eurofighter, ecc....which will be the best....

MKI is just made for India, the Su-35 is far more advanced.

And, the SU-30 MKI, is never an Interceptor, its a fighter!

Yeah right, Russian aircraft have terrible reliability. The best plane is the F-22 Raptor. So Sweet!
