Bad smell from A/C, I was told there was an A/C filter that should be changed every six months, however, Im not sure were to find it and I can't find a Haynes manual for the car any were. Please help.

Someone told me that certain cars have certain ways of saying hello to another vechicle of the same make, while you drive by them. Has anyone ever heard of this? What would the hello sign for a mercury mariner be? a honda accord?
