This film has disturbed me to my core. It has consumed since I first saw it about a week ago. I spend no less than 3 hours a night looking for proof that we HAVE to pay federal income tax, all I seem to find is more evidence that it us unconstitutional.

I live in Georgia and I found that I don't have to pay tax to amazon.com, but I do for other online stores. Does anyone know if just because Apple is in California, I don't have to pay tax, or if they have a store in Georgia I would have to pay tax.

Has anyone in Georgia ever purchased something from Apple?

With the taxes and fees being that huge it is even harder to do a good job by investing in the Stock Market. A year ago I couldn't find any US institution allowing me to invest because of my condition (being Mexican). They state that I must -at least- live at the US (what I can't at this moment). So, my question is about any institution that would offer a solution for me, allowing to invest in the Stock Market from Mexico (paying by credit card, paypal or whatever). Thanks.

I am loaning my parents $25K to pay off some land. I dont expect any income or interest out of this. But, if the business is really profitable then I would like to stay as a partner and get a monthly profit. If its just doing alright, they will pay me the $25K in 2 yrs. Im looking more into getting the $25K back.

And if so, what will the gift tax be based on? The assessed value minus the amount currently owed? And who will make the determination of the assessed value and the amount owed? Is there some sort of chart that I can use to determine what I will be paying or she will be paying in the gift tax? Thank you.
