If you piggy back on someone else's credit does it have a negative affect on their FICO score? I know that it can help increase your FICO but will it bring theirs down?

So, I'm a student, and I was reading over a balance sheet, and I noticed that the total of the balance sheet section debit column on the work sheet is higher than the total of the assets on the balance sheet.

My question is, Why is the asset total on the balance sheet not the same as the debit column of the balance sheet section of the worksheet?

Sorry if this is confusing..thanks :)

I fantasise all the time, im a hard worker. Im 16 years old and work my *** of for money, while also in full time education doing A levels.

Im curious, if i was to find a bag full of £10million pounds in notes, what would be the best thing to do with it? Dont say turn it in, because hypothetically ive already considered that option and decided that the person who i hand it in to behind the counter would just keep it or take a cut of it anyway ;)

I know that you cant just walk into a bank with a bag full of 10million and say "Id like to make a deposit please".

So, out of curiousity, what would you do? Personally i'd inform my two closest friends that im sorted financially, and i wont tell you anymore, but if you ever need anything let me know. And id give my immediate family everything they want, but i would do it slowly, not telling them how i came across the money.

So yeh, how to go about it?

They owe me £900!! They over estimated my gas and electricity readings, and over a period of 3 months they took nearly £600 out of my account, plus when I signed up with them and arranged the direct debits they gave me duff information so my direct debit payments have been too high for a year and a half. So all in all they owe me just over £900.

I was promised a cheque in the post, but when it didn't turn up, I phoned them only to find out that they had to follow "procedure" and send someone out to read my meters even though I'd given them accurate readings!

What's the best way of dealing with this sort of thing - I want MY money and I've got a feeling it may be a bit of a battle. Because of them, I'm overdrawn and getting letters from my bank!

Thanks.

Should I get an intrest only loan on a house and put the money I would save from there in an IRA or mutual bonds?

Or should I just get a regular 30 yr fixed and make an extra 2 payments per year.

I plan on selling the house in 2-5 years.

I don't need opinions but actual experience from people who had the plan, whose identity was stolen and who used the protection plan and recovery program first-hand. Has anybody tried Identity Theft Shield from PrePaid Legal? If not them, what other identity theft protection program works?
