I am worried my children will not be able to get my money from my account with several banks so I want to write a will somewhat acknowledging them as my children and authorizing them to collect the proceeds of my account with the banks upon my death... are there any lawyers here offering their help for free? Thanks

"lawyers here offering their help for free?"

Oh, we do live in a fantasy world.

Pay a lawyer. I'm sure the vast sums of money in your bank accounts will cover the costs of drawing up a will.

You can go to a lawyer and get a free consultation. Make sure they specialize in wills.
