we are on soc sec income and had major problems since we bought our home we are 2 payments behind we could enter in aforbearance plan but we cant afford 938.00 a month after we give them 694.05 twice this month they told me to go to churches they dont help we dont want to lose our home i even wonder if thier is any local people even oprah i am terrible worried we are going to lose our home

I recently filed for bankruptcy because of a failed business. I had to file chapter 7. It is to be resolved in the next month. I am also planning on getting married, but not for another year or so. What are the ramifications, if any, of this on my fiance? He already owns his own house and we have not bought anything jointly.

I have a few personal credit cards and I want to consolidate them. I also am self-employed, but I dont' have a business credit card; although I get LOTS of ads for them in the mail. I've always wondered, what is the difference? Are there different rules or fees? Can you only use them for business purchases? Do you have to spend a certain amount to keep them?

I just signed a twelve month lease on a house last month. Now, not only do I find out that the owner filed bankruptcy but that he has a lien on the house. My guess is the deposit I paid is gone but I feel like the owner knew this when he entered into the contract and basically took me for ride. Do I have any legal recourse? If anything, the stress that I am dealing with as the creditors are coming to me.

This is the predicament I am in right now. Last week I sent a check to my university's bursar's office to pay my tuition. However, the check has been returned, for there was less money in my checking account than I needed. At the time I sent the check, I thought money was to be transferred from my savings account to the university's account. As an immigrant, I did not know what I was supposed to know. Anyway, I can't ask the bursar's office to redeposit the check right now because the office will be closed till Jan 2nd. I am out of country, so I can't send another check. The deadline is the 1st of January. I called the bank, and they said they cannot help me out until the 2nd of January. I wonder if there is a way I can appeal to the university for grace. If there is one, please let me know. Thank you.

I need some ideas of how could I make money online! I went to a lot of sites that said kind of like that: If you put our banner on your site we'll give you I don't know how many dollars for every person that downloads our program or clicks the ad. And all you have to do is register!
But when I wanted to register, I saw that they asked me for some money to sign up. So they were asking for my credit card number... So obviously I couldn't give them this information so I left those sites.
Is there any HONEST site that can really give you money for different sort of things, like typing something for them, or posting ads on sites, or different kind of things like that? And one that won't ask you for money to sign up?
