Right well, I work my *** off every day, I have a 2.5 yr old son! I get paid from my job and take what I'm intitled to from benefits (which btw isn't much!), I have no home(i'm about to be renting), I have no social life and still have no money the day after I get paid!

Yet...

I know people who don't work... not becasue they CAN'T but because they don't want to!!! They get all the benefits! Some they don't even need!!! They have 2 holidays a year, a nice big house, 4/5 kids! and a really nice car.

How do they do it? Where does the money come from!?

Why is it that the hard working families don't get rewardedfor working and trying to earn an HONEST living!

I really don't mean to offend anyone I'm just so p'd off about this right now!

D*

By mail, I deposited into my bank account in Denmark, a cashier's check drawn, by me, on a major U.S. bank...after almost a month, the check has not cleared for deposit.....when queried, the bank responded that "they have been having problems with check deposits".....this seems extreme.....comments?

My sunday school class had been collecting this for months to help build a water well in Haiti. It was stolen on Sunday and we intend to replace and even surpass the previous amount. Have you ever filled a jug this size with coins and a few bills. How much, American $$ would you say we had? I understand that this is just an estimate.

I thought I should check the net for a cost-of-living index. Is that how I would find out? Turns out Asuncion, Paraguay, in South American has the lowest cost-of-living in the world. Is that where my $s would stretch the furthest? (Not to smart in these areas.)

Thanks for you help.

Right now, I have no means of paying it off. If I were to get funding to go to college, and then be able to make more money, will I still have that debt for the rest of my life? If I wait to pay it until after I get a degree, the fines and interest will be even worse than they are now. I have read that I can't discharge credit card debt through bankruptcy. What do people do when they lose income from a spouse through divorce or death? How can they ever get past their debt when credit cards are in their name?

I'm looking into the possibility of 100% financing to buy a home. The type of mortgage is often called a piggyback loan, or an 80/20 loan. Does anyone have any experience with this? Would it be better for me to wait until I have a 5% downpayment saved up, which might take me a few years? I really want to own my own home...so sick of renting. I have a 3 year old and he needs to have a better life too.
