Many says it IS good. Look up the web site by Martin Lewis as he goes into detail on it. Personally I dont want it as although they are an ISP (free) they dont give free web space and I need it. Their call centres are in this country tho and support is apparently 24/7. I never trust anything until its been running a while, but thats just me..I'm probably losing a fortune. Depends on your personal circumstances, word of warning tho if you do take it up you will be contracted for a year minimum, my mate who i work with reckons it was a bad idea and wants rid of it. Have a good read over the contract first.

its ok if you dont use the net much as the download limit is a pain and the contract is way to long
