I feel you. It seems like the more money I make, the more money I spend.

Without more info, it's hard to give you a real answer, except you are probably living beyond your means.
Today's generation feels like we are somehow entitled to all the stuff our parents have, but we forget that our parents and grandparents did not always have that stuff, til they got older.
Ask yourself these questions:
1. Do I buy new cars often, like less than every 5 years?
2. Do I take lots of expensive trips?
3. Do I buy lots of jewelry, clothes or electronics, even though I have plenty already?
4. Do I go out and party a lot or out to entertainment a lot?
5. Do I eat out a lot?
6. Do you live someplace that eats up a lot of your income because it's real big or fancy?
Quite possibly the answer is yes to all or most of those things. And that's why you have nothing to show for it.
Start cutting down on that stuff. Buy luxuries less often. If it's not impractical, move someplace cheaper or smaller. Start saving the money you need for a down payment on a home, and for your retirement.

Cut your expenses and reduce your consumer spending. Stay in and watch TV instead of going out to the movies. Shop at Costco or Wal-Mart instead of fancier places. Pay cash for everything - no more credit cards. Buy a used vehicle with cash and commit to never again having a car payment. Make a list of all your monthly bills and expenses, and see which ones you can eliminate or reduce.
Best wishes and God bless.

My question to you is: do you have a budget? If you did, you'd know EXACTLY where your money was going.
An easy solution is to track your spending (yes, every penny) for a month in a journal. Then you can go back and see if the $6 daily latte is really where you want to invest!

Dang, sounds like you have no self control. I support a family of 4 on 25,000. Email me if you want to get some tips and ideas. I cannot say now as you really gave no details.

You're obviously blowing your money on stuff that doesn't benefit you in the long run. Try scrapping it all and starting over. Make a financial budget plan and stick to it.

It depends on where you live!! Try to cut back on driving. Gas prices kill us!!! We spend over $500 a month on gas alone.. No special trips just back and forth to work.. Just an 94 pick up and an average car...

You seriously need a budget. One etched in stone. Then you need to figure out why you have a penchant for failure.
It is in your own mind that you are failing yourself. Now is the time to look yourself in the eye and figure out why that is.

What are you spending the money on? It is hard to give you an answer without knowing more. If you live more frugally, you will save more.
