I have a used, semi-functional, iPod video on eBay right now, and there have only been two bidders. One of the bidders, we'll call him bidder A, seems legit, lot's of good feedback. The other, we'll call her bidder B, only has 2 a total of two feedbacks (both positive though)

I looked up the bidding history between them and you'd think the normal bidding pattern between two bidders would be ABABAB, right? Instead it's something like this:

BBABBBBBBBBBBABABA

Why would bidder B bid 10 times in between? She kept raising the bid from $31 in increments of $2-$5 up to $60.

Is this something that normal buyers do?

Return my e-mails?? This is how the story goes I had a bracelet up for sale on eBay and right before it ended he had e-mailed me and asked me what I ship it to Russia with a $500 Western Union Money transfer. I was not able to get back to him before the auction ended. He said that that was okay and he would still buy the bracelet, a money transfer, and give me $200 for my services plus any other fees and shipping charges. I sent him a detailed invoice with a list of charges which added up to a little over $800. A couple days after that he sent me a little over $700 through PayPal and I wrote him back telling him that that was not the price I had sent to him in the invoice. Now he is not returning my e-mails and I still have the money in my PayPal account. What do I do with it? I have every one of the e-mails that he has sent me even the one where he agreed to pay the price on the invoice. Do I have any legal rights to keep the money? I went to a lot of trouble to find out all the fees and everything else he asked me to do. I feel like I deserve something out of all of this. Please help! Thanks!

I have look into CIPs, but I would much rather do a course to expand my management skill since this is my first management role.

In addition I am being made redundant in March 2008, therefore will like to add as much skill and qualification to my CV.

My aunt barbie was our accountant for 15 years, and in the last 6 monthes we have evidence that 10,000 dollars of our money went missing, she was in charge of taking it to the bank, and we have evidence she purposely modified our financial books to hide cash so we wouldn't know it was missing. We bring this all to the cops and they tell us the only way to charge her criminally is a forensic audit of our financial records, which costs 15-20,000. This is outrageous that she will get away with our money unless she confesses. She's taking a polygraph in a week, but even if she fails it isn't admissible in court, it just gives the cops enough reason to aggressively interrogate her. Any advice?

I've just bought a pack of smead end tab folders and it looks like you have to cut the paper in order for you to slide the paper into the end tabs. Am I doing something wrong? Please help, thx. Oh yes and I thought this would be the best section to ask this question; I am sure many of you probably use these.

I have 8 treatments to compare. 4 have immediate benefits while 4 will have their benefits spread over 20 years. However all the costs will be incurred in the first year. The current lending rates are about 16% annually.
