Mike is absolutely correct. All banks outsource some things. Maybe not offshore, but they don't do everything internally. Be more specific.

Outsource what---every company outsources something. It may be janitorial services, office supplies, or roof repair. Free on-line bill paying usually requires some minimum balance in your checking and/or savings. Most banks "outsource" on-line bill paying. Setting up on-line bill paying with each of your creditors on their site is usually free.

I use this small local chain--it has easy free online bill paying.
