I liked the Bank of America "No Fee's Plus" mortgage because it had no fees and no PMI. Then, I got a reference from a friend at work for a local private mortgage company and contacted them. The loan officer enlightened me of the fact that I could prepay my PMI no matter which lender I used. This lender has been really nice and helpful, but it sounds like he's gonna give me about the same rates at BOA lists on their website - I haven't gotten pre-approved, but my credit score is over 800 and my history is good. I can put down 5%. My lender quoted something around 6.5 w/ no points(but he's always sure to say that it can change day to day) w/ 5% down or around 7% if I choose to go w/ 0 down. The thing is that will all of the fees and prepaying the PMI, my closing costs are around $5300. BOA quotes 6.5% on their site w/ .981 pts, which is about $1275 for me w/ no other fees

Is there any reason why I shouldn't use BOA's "No Fee Mortgage Plus"? I haven't contacted BOA, but I might tomorrow

I ordered a mouse from feltronic.com, also known as youruplink.com, the "in stock" quantity of the mouse was over 6000, so it wasn't out of stock. My order was deemed "paid" on the same day I ordered it, August 14th.

I chose FedEx 2-day shipping (along with extra charge for it) and it still has not even been deemed "shipped". I called their number dozens of times, no response. I emailed them but they assured me that my item was shipped. On a live-chat session with an agent, he assured me that the item was (again) "shipped".

I looked on BBB's website (Better Business Beureu) and the company has had quite a few reports of "item not received" and "not answering calls" and all that jazz.

I want one of two things - A refund, or my goddamn mouse.

What do I do?

I used to do physical labor at a warehouse and was payed about $9.00/hr and I used to work hard all day carrying heavy things without much rest and there is no air conditioning in the warehouse so during the summer you have to work at over 100 degrees of heat.

Recently I found a customer service job and they pay me $18.00/hr, double what I used to earn at the warehouse, and all I do is sit on my butt all day talking to people (customers) over the phone in an air conditioned office, most of the time there aren't even any calls coming in and we are aloud to just browse the internet and chat on AIM and Yahoo while there are no calls coming in.

What is the reason for this? Why would anyone want to do hard exhausting physical work for such pathetic pay when they can earn twice as much in customer service jobs? And why do companies pay you so much more just to sit on your butt and talk to people, while the people who are really working hard in warehouses get payed so little?

My mom got me an mp3 player and I already have one. I called Best Buy and they said without a receipt they can't return it. What kind of customer satisfaction is that? She tried looking it up under my mom's name and my aunt's.. nothing came up except my aunt's tv.

Should I just walk in there? I don't want to be stuck with another mp3 player when all I needed was a new dvd player.

What tips do you go by in dressing for day-to-day, whether for important events (e.g., high profile meetings) or managing?

For example, one rule of thumb I go by is to wear my eye color in a meeting, to both draw attention to my eyes and better project myself.
