My mom got me an mp3 player and I already have one. I called Best Buy and they said without a receipt they can't return it. What kind of customer satisfaction is that? She tried looking it up under my mom's name and my aunt's.. nothing came up except my aunt's tv.

Should I just walk in there? I don't want to be stuck with another mp3 player when all I needed was a new dvd player.

Tabor, what a small world. I just wanted to tell you that Best Buy sucks, and so does Reynoldsburg. I lived in Pataskala for a few years.

It's really a shamefull business.I bought a 7 mega pixel digital camera in bestbuy of Reynoldsburg,OH branch.as soon as I bought the camera, infront of Best buy's parking, I called to my friend and told him about it and he told me that we can get it with 20% price difference in Sams club. I enter back to best buy within 5 minutes with my reciept but I am told to pay 25% percent of the price if I want to return it just because I opened the packing box. WOW they better be "FAIR".

They require a receipt because they don't want to deal with stolen items. You can try calling and talking to a store manager, but if he says no, then it's a no-go unless you can get your mom to find the receipt.
