ok let's say i brought something off of e-bay for $20.00 and i have $10.00 in my paypal account and $25.00 in my bank account...would the money come out of my paypal account to pay for half of the item i brought and than the otha half come from my bank account..or would they just take the whole $20.00 out of my bank account and leave the $10.00 in my paypal account alone?

I have a great product idea, and have already made it myself. But I need any information of where I can obtain a patent, so no one can steal my idea, or copy it. Also if anybody can lead me to a reputable firm, or company, that will be willing to help get my idea marketed or guide me in the right direction. When I was picking up the car, the Enterprise guy in the garage asked me if I wanted the insurance -- I said NO! Right before I left, he told be I needed to initial that I had declined the insurance where he put an X, which I did. I got charged $400 over two weeks, including the tax on the insurance. Now they are telling me that I signed that I DID want it. When I contested the charge using American Express, somebody supposedly called AmEx saying they were me and that I didn't dispute the charge anymore! Has anyone else seen this kind of chicanery?

I am facing default on my student loan. I cannot afford the $500 per month payments they want. Does anyone know if there are lawyers who handle this sort of thing? I cannot file bankruptcy, so that's not an option. I called Care One Credit, and they can't get my payments lowered. I want to make payments, but just not $500 per month. Any ideas?

part 1: i ordered something from Best Buy and paid for UPS Next Day. it shipped out today, sunday. do they process mail on sunday and i will get it tomorrow or does that mean it will ship monday and arrive tuesday?

part 2: i used the ups tracking number best buy gave me and entered it on the ups website. it said something like unable to locate shipping details, try again later. will it update later or what is the problem?
