Show just cause that you were laid off and prove that you did not quit or get fired for any reason and you will prevail every time (assuming you are eligible for benefits).

If you lost your job through no fault of your own, and you worked long enough to have coverage, then there shouldn't be a problem, just apply.

If you don't meet eligibility requirements, or you quit or got fired for cause, then you haven't got much chance if any to win your claim.
