I have been a wireless phone user for 12 years with AT&T and now with Cingular. I went to upgrade at one of your boothes in the Mall at Santa Rosa Calif. The young lady told me I couldupgrade to the Pantech camera phone for $29.99. However I found out she was in error. Then she said I had to give her a credit card and have it held asI would be signing upo for another 2 years in order to get this price on the phone. Well all in all I paid much more than this. I had a small problem so I stopped at the booth a second time and a representative was present from yopu company. I was also told that I would receive a rebate and the girl in the booth made out the rebate form. I later receive a message that I did not qualify for the rebate. I showed this to your representative and she assured me that I would re ceive the rebate. As of this date I have not received the rebate. I have no faith in your representatives. I Am A Realtor. Please respond. kenrickert@yahoo.com

If they claim they make 10% a month, is there a way you can verify that they actually made a 10% return on invesmtnet instead of just going by their word?

They claim they get audited every year. Can an audit company check this?

Has anyone out there used one of the "accident claim" companies who advertise on tv. Just interested as they claim that the inured person gets 100 per cent conpensation. Surely after you get your cheque, you have a bill to settle?

My Friend is 44, has worked as a floor sander since he was 19.
He has had his own buisness floorsanding since he was about 25, and has been working very hard his whole life
he has always lifted the machines by himself.

recently his back has been terrible, he has been getting injections and is on high prescribed painkillers but he is still in alot of pain

the doctor said the pain will never get better.

he has bills to pay, and his house to pay off, so he continues to work as a floor sander, comes home in the afternoon in so much pain. it hurts so much to see him like this.

i have suggested a career change but he is very against the idea.

He will not rent his spare rooms out, he will not cut off his cable tv .

he lives alone..

he seems depressed,

he will not talk to a career councillor or anything.

He will not be able to do this for much longer, the pain is getting worse and worse.
