Agreement may be oral.
For one to have acontract,first there is an agreement and when the same is made into a writen document with all the legal clauses and terminologies it is called contract.A contract note is a legal document but an agreement is just like an arrangement.Thus in a contract every thing necessary for agreement is incorporated .But in agreement may not have necessary clauses to make it a contract.
