I was told to attend a meeting to learn about a business where I earn money whilst shopping and apparently people have made profits from it, but I don't trust the thing, it sounds a bit like hard sell. I trust the people who told me about it, but I am still suspicious.
Has anyone ever heard of anything like it? They haven't told me more details, so it makes me even more suspicious.

I own a small business that sells medical products. I met a client that said he would like to go into business with me. He says he was in the same business for four years and has money to invest into my business to expand. I am not racist at all, but he is Pakistani (although now a US citizen) and I am not sure why he would want to do this. It almost seems to good to be true. Should I trust him? He is over 80 years old-fyi.

I have a brother that has taken a 5th wheel trailer with my name on it, and a computer that is on my credit. We started a company two years ago in which he started embezling. I thought I got all of my credit away from him but he still came up with another Wells Fargo card in which he ran up another $20,000+ before they contacted me and told me I was gauranteor. He told me he would keep up the payments on the trailer and the computer, but has failed several times, putting my credit score on the line. Now he has the trailer hid, and finding him is tough in the state of Texas. Caan and Abel comes to mind....

I'm looking for ways to get $10 thousand dollars to help expand my business. I have no credit therefore I don't think I would get approved for a credit card. I was thinking about getting either a small business loan or grant from the government but I am unsure how that process works. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The printer is still sealed in its box. I have listed it on Ebay, but I'm not sure if I can advertise that it has a factory warranty or not. I can supply a tax invoice to the buyer, would that be enough to tranfer it to them and would it be effective from when I got it or when they purchased it.

Help?!

This is kind of a no-brainer question, but if I receive my paycheck, then endorse it to my friend (and he deposits it in his own bank account, which happens to be the same bank company) will my bank account show that I've endorsed money to someone else?

Hi there!

I'd like to know if I can obtain a coupon/code which allows me to get free shipping? I'd like to get some clothes online, but shipping is $6+, and I'd really like to avoid that.

I just want to know codes/coupons that'll work for ANY site, but if you can provide some links with some specific stores or just some good sites with great deals, leave them here!

It'd be nice if you could state why you like it, too. :)

Thanks!

Is it legal for a Cooperative Electric Company to mention a bill that you filled bankruptcy on more than 20 years ago?. I am not saying they tried to collect the old bill. They just brought up the fact that it happened and because of it I would have to pay double the current of deposit to get the electric turned on.

Paying double the rate is fine. It just does not seam right that someone can talk to up about something like that more than 20 years later. So my question is, Is it legal for someone to do that?

Hi,
I worked for a few months for telecommunication company in NY. I quit without a notice and they placed stop payment on my last paycheck. Right now they ignoring my phone calls and emails.

I worked for them full time, 40h a week, but they said after some time that they made me independent consultant cause it is better for my tax deductions. They paid me with paychecks.

Please help me answer my questions:
1. What is the best way to get my money from my work in this situation.
2. Did they have a right to made me independent consultant ?

I need ideally to pawn some stuff - but it's not jewellery etc., or the usual stuff you pawn, it's video equipment, specifically cameras etc.

I know there are companies that give asset finance but (a) I don't think they'll bother as it's only 2 or 3 grand I need, and (b) both me and my company have a poor credit rating.
