The printer is still sealed in its box. I have listed it on Ebay, but I'm not sure if I can advertise that it has a factory warranty or not. I can supply a tax invoice to the buyer, would that be enough to tranfer it to them and would it be effective from when I got it or when they purchased it.

Help?!

Check with the printer's manufacturer. Give them the serial number and state that you own it but haven't opened the package yet. Find out what's still available on the warranty.

That same warranty should be available to anyone who purchases it from you.

You'll need to read the fine print.
