i go to a catholic highschool and everyone there is rich-- no joke except for the select few probably 50 out of the entire 680 population...its the same at all of the other catholic highschools-- is it just becaue the school costs so much and therefore you must have alot of money to go there?

i went to the drug store and when i took my change out of my; purse, i noticed what i thought was a quarter wasn't. i thought it was a canadian coin, you know, like we get their pennies, but then i looked at it and asked the clerk, she took it and looked at it and said it was a susan b. anthony coin, and that they were valuable. she said she had two and suggested i keep it. if not, she said she would take it and put a dollar in the register. i kept it. i'm not stupid. i understand they are rare. are there any coin collectors on this site that could give me an estimate of its value?

I got a cell phone, payed for it with my credit card and then i returned the phone b/c it sucked. i gave them all the right papers and they said i should still get the rebate check as the rest of my refund. i never got it and they have the phone!! they said they cant give me another one b/c i migh cash both!! they're not apart of the better business bureau. i try to talk to the people that work there and they take my # and say the district manager will call me. never did. now when i call the store they wont answer when i call from my cell phone. the rebate was $150.00. this has been going on since may. what can i do? it feels like i've tried everything!!

I have not been able to receive any e-mails from Hong Kong since the beggining of June. We have double checked everything. I am able to receive the e-mails at my AOL address. I use my Yahoo address to do business. This has caused many delays, and is hurting the way I am doing business.

I'm sure we all have stories to tell about bad customer service, it seems it's getting worse year after year, I'm wondering what are some of your expiriences? Have you done anything about it? He says that his Bond on his contractors license is suspended because of child support is this true? He has had his license suspended before for not paying but not his bond. I looked up his license and it says its suspended but not because of child support issues, but because he didnt renew his bond. Is it possible to not be able to renew bond but keep your contractors license? im confused....

On their website when I look at their comparisons to other companies I see a great bit of difference. Scottrade looks like they are better. They have $7 commissions and only need $500 to open an account.

I don't know what options and margins are. Can someone enlighten me on that. I want to buy Vanguard funds and Scottrade offers a better deal for that.

i recently put an item up for sale on the net. a person told me that he would buy it but he was going to send a postal money order but it requires that i mail the package in order to get the money order sent to my residence. here's what the email from the post office said........The Money OrderSM will NOT be dispatched or get to your resident until the shipment has been verified. This measure is taken in order to protect both seller and buyer's interests and to reduce the occurrence of fraudulent activities. so has anyone ever used this before and is it legit? i have never even heard of this so please any info would help.

The test is multiple choice, covers 10 chapters, but is a timed exam=60 min to answer 80 questions. I'm not sure if I should waste time making flash cards or not, or just review all the material once. Time constraints and other conflicts also conflict with studying this week. If anyone has a good effective study plan that I can stick to I would appreciate it. Thanks

i dont know why, but i only thought of this now. also, why is george washington on the dollar, and the quarter? Lincoln also has two. why not put FDR on a coin? why do they pick certain presidents (or not, like ben franklin) to be on certain coins or dollars?
