I'm sure we all have stories to tell about bad customer service, it seems it's getting worse year after year, I'm wondering what are some of your expiriences? Have you done anything about it? I'm talking about every and any business that offers goods or services. We seem to forget that power is in the hands of consumers, after all, it's our money they're after.

Better training...not just from the employer, but from parents. They need to teach their children respect. The worst customer service I ever encounter is from teenaged punks that think I'm disturbing them when I need them to do their job.

See the firm and customers are after all human beings, so be friendly and fulfill there verges. You may need tot have fast service or reply to the customer. You make the customer feels that he owns it or he is something .. he must feel that he is the right customer after all.
