They have just charged me £80 per month for goign overdrwn by about £50. The scam is - I put £120 in to cover what I went overdrawn by, but they took that as charges too, meaning I am now £300 overdrawn and being charged £4 per day. I am refusing to pay the corparate thieving w***kers. Is this legal? When I rang to "discuss" it with them they said I could either have an overdraft for £300, but that would cost me £75 - guess what - taking me £375 overdrawn and getting charges of £4 per day, or they could give me a loan! Is it me or is this bank a complete bunch of bell ends?

All modern security is based upon the single concept of "least privilege." Intuitively, it would seem that another fundamental principle could be used. However, for the life of me I have no idea what that fundamental principle could be. Do you?
