My wife and I are making our first wills since we have a 5-month-old in the family to think about. We decided we would like to put our assets in a trust for our son, but we're not sure how to set it up.

We have complete faith in the person (couple) we have chosen to be our guardian, but don't want our assets in their name.

Would it be okay and/or legal to make them trustee as well as guardian?

I've thought out both pros and cons to Walmart as a business. Does anyone think that walmart is a good business or bad? Also list pros and cons of your choice. Don't just say "walmart's cool and/or "sucks". No stupid answers please.

The U.K. National lottery told me I am a winner of a certain but big amount of money.They told me not to reply to their message but gave me the Email address of a certain agent here who would make the lease of my money easier but i already sent two messages and he didn't reply.Do you think it's some kind of a scam?It looked so real.What would u do?

Iam a contractor in Houston Texas. I supply all types of services to the home owner such as roofing, flooring, HVAC, Brick etc.... I want to market a package deal to a certian demografic. But these clients dont have great credit for the conventional finacing but do have equity in there homes. I need a good working outlet for financing that is easy and wont screw any one.

I bought my husband a tennis racket in a sporting goods store today - it wasn't in stock yet so I prepaid for it with my credit card and said I would pick it up tomorrow. When I got home my husband told me he didn't want the racket - the store has signs all over the place that said "Returns are for store credit only" but if I didn't actually take the racket home can I ask the store owner to refund my credit card? Help! It's $300 - it was for his birthday and I can't afford to lose that money.

Including legal fees, Tow truck, Finding the vehicle, Fixing it up for resale...and other Costs that I maybe overlooking; what would the cost for each be, and the total over all cost for the lender to take back a vehicle?

And if I leace here to go anywhere in Texas he will find us and try to take my children away. I have plans to move back to Indiana when I have enough money. I have full custody of my children there, and he keeps threatning to kill me if I leave. My family is friends with all the cops in there area so I know that I will have protection when I take my children back up there for good and do it when he least expects it. As soon as he takes this over the road job he will be gone 5 days a week. That is when I am giong to be able with funds to get out of here.
