And if I leace here to go anywhere in Texas he will find us and try to take my children away. I have plans to move back to Indiana when I have enough money. I have full custody of my children there, and he keeps threatning to kill me if I leave. My family is friends with all the cops in there area so I know that I will have protection when I take my children back up there for good and do it when he least expects it. As soon as he takes this over the road job he will be gone 5 days a week. That is when I am giong to be able with funds to get out of here.

It seems like you need to get away from this man. If you need to get away for violence, you need to let your family know. Bus tickets are real cheap but I would go to a family members house that doesn't live in Indiana. Don't you have any aunts, uncles, or cousins that live another state. Maybe the guy being gone 5 days a week will make things better. Good luck
