no i will no waste my time hitting me boss,,,i will just go on disability for on the job stress in the work envorinment,,,and that make him feel like crap because I will get paid

No way! Then he'd laugh as the cops dragged me off in handcuffs for assault. He'd win. Instead, I'd quit and get a better job with better pay and smile as I walk out the door.

unless i REALLY wanted to get fired and charged, i wouldn't.
what you could do thats harmless is tell all your friends and coworkers (that aren't kiss-asses or really close to him) how he constantly screws people over and how much he sucks.
pretty soon it'll spread and he'll be hated!

this is if you have anger-management problems or really, really hate him. otherwise tell your buds, ignore it, and think of the paycheck
