I have a friend who told me they where wanting to get an airline ticket back to the usa and said the travel agent would not except american money orders for ticket and my friend now needs me to wire him a $100.00 so he can sendback money orders to get cashed and wired money less the money i wire to him to purchase ticket back to usa can anyone help me here before i tell him to do it is there another way to get an american money order cashed there in Nigeria? or is someone there trying to scam him for some reason to get a hundred dollars and not send his money orders to have cashed and money wired back to him and also should i suggest to him to make all the money orders out payable to me since i am going to take care of everything here for him , i do not no what to tell him and i ned help on what to tell him ?

(China Daily, Jul 11, 2006)China has successfully test a rocket engine for the proposed new-generation carrier rocket to power future moon landings and manned space flights, Xinhua News Agency reported.

Tests of the liquid hydrogen- and kerosene-fueled engine were a "complete success", a spokesperson from the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation was quoted as saying.

With maximum propulsion of 120 tons, the new engine is three times more powerful than those currently used by China's Long March rockets.

The engine will propel a new-generation rocket able to sling heavy satellites and moon exploration equipment into orbit, experts told Xinhua.

All indices of the engine are in the normal range during the test-driving of a 120 ton liquid hydrogen and kerosene-fired engine,experts with the Aerospace Propulsion Academy of the corporation said.

A couple of weeks ago BoA stole $3,400 from my sister, so i was just wondering does any one really like BoA since today we went to report it to the police department and then to my BoA branch and we found 2 other people who had their money stolen. Please whatever you do DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH BANK OF AMERICA or you do run the chance of your money disappearing. I also did a little research and BoA got sued for stealing money from people who recieve SSI. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH BANK OF AMERICA

(China Daily, Jul 20) CNOOC Ltd, China's biggest offshore oil producer, will seek investments in Africa after US lawmakers last year blocked the company's US$18.5 billion bid for Unocal Corp, Chairman Fu Chengyu said.

"If you can't do it somewhere, then you can always do it somewhere else," Fu said in an interview in Beijing yesterday. "We're looking at opportunities in Africa as a whole."

Overseas acquisitions would help Fu increase oil supplies to a Chinese economy that grew 11.3 per cent in the second quarter of this year, its fastest pace in more than a decade.

Nigeria, where CNOOC invested US$2.7 billion in April, offers a "great deal of opportunities," he said.

"Fu has been humbled by the Unocal experience," said Liu Yang, who helps manage US$3 billion of Asian assets at Atlantis Investment Management Ltd, including CNOOC shares, in Hong Kong.

Well, I've been searching the web for awhile now and I can't remeber an old saying I heard a friend say some time ago.

Well, it started out with something like

"There are two rules to sucess in business

1. Don't ever tell your secrets"
