I have received phone calls from them for the past two days and would like to know who I am dealing with before returning the calls.

866 is a toll-free area code in the US and Canada, and the number is unlisted. If you have caller ID and there's no name listed, I'd ignore it. I don't deal with anybody who hides their caller ID.

Go to www.phonebook.com and click on the reverse number link. type the number in and see what it says. If it is a business or unlisted number, it might not show up but its worth a try.
