How does eBay buying and bidding thing work? For example, on eBay, there is a plasma TV for $18.00. On their profile it says, "buy it now" do you think it is a scam or not. Please help!

As an eBay since 2002, the best advice I can give you is join their Discussion Boards. You'll learn all sorts of information about the world of eBay.

Like any other venue, there is scams on eBay too. It's in your best interest to educate yourself before buying on eBay or any other on-line auction.

I am very leery of purchasing or selling to any seller/buyer outside the US.

There is currently an issue with inexpensive offers of electronic items.

When you buy on eBay, it's always smart to make your purchases with PayPal. That way, you're protected. Don't ever use cash, money order, or money wiring services.

what? eBay its a scam?? every body on eBay is registered with an address and credit card i think.

if it seems too good to be true it usually is. have you looked at their shipping charge? and read all their terms and conditions? don't buy it.
