I have owned 40 realty notes in my life. I get 2 letters per week from buyers and brokers. I have only sold one note and wish that i hadn't. It is an interesting business. If you buy a 10% note for half of its face value, you are getting 15% return on your investment. Pretty good. Notes are easy to find since they are all recorded with the county office..

I have done a ton of businesses over the years some better than others! I'm currently in 7 different businesses and the two that I recommend are YTB go to these three sites www,wantagreatlife.com, www.howifiredmyboss.com , www.billydtravel.com all three are for that business and is the best opportunity that I have seen.
The second business is www.wantagreatlife.ws because its simple and cheap.

depends upon your capabilities.
1) what is your background education, experience etc
2) what is your interest es
3) How much dollars You got to burn
4) Patience and continued effort hard work little smartness
Any other easy money making will be either illegal or they want your money. They are in business to take your money.
these are the things you need to succeed in business.
