If someone visits a doctor under his medical insurance does the owner of the insurance policy get records of it?

Example: if my brother manages/pays my insurance policy can he find out which doctors I go to and when/why?

What should I concentrate on in looking for health insurance? I am trying to find the best insurance plan for a reasonable price. Is it important to look for deductibles, or copay, or what else should I be cautious about. I really don't know much about all that insurance stuff, I just don't want to get some unnecessary stuff and pay so much money for it.

through work. After I turned 22 I was taken off the policy. I have had some problems with a root canal I had done, and I have a wisdom tooth coming in so I was going to ask him to look into getting me put back on (I'm 23 now). Is this possible? I was just wondering if anyone might know if this would be allowed. I know it will cost him more (I'll pay him the difference) but I'm not sure if it's even allowed. Thanks!!!

it's now been 31 days since i accepted a car policy with a car insurance company. they requested to see origianal copy my proof of No Claims Bonus.

I sent this document last week. today i have receievd a letter from the insurance company stating that if i do not send the original documents. they will cancel my policy as soon as possiable.

they send to me over the phone send the photocopy, which i have made.

my question to you is how do i explain the above situation in a form of a letter?

what shall i start off? how do say i enclose a photocopy of the of claims bonus?

I am a cargo adjuster for an independent heavy equipment insurance claims adjusting firm and I need to find some continuing education. I work for my dad that handles claims on all heavy equipment, 18 wheelers and he hired me after hurricane Katrina to help him in his office. I was a social worker before the storm so I have been thrown into this kind of work. Although my dad is an excellent teacher and mentor, I still need some kind of formal education in this line of work and I have not been able to find any schools, conventions or classes that teach CARGO which is my main job. I have read heavy equipment claims magazines, looked online and even called our clients to see if they knew of any and had no luck. Someone please help!!! I love this job and I want to be the best at what I do. I am getting on the job training but my dad will retire in the next few years and i don't want him to take his knowledge with him.

I have a friend who's Life Insurance policy lapsed due to non-payment of premiums, after losing her job. She had paid into the policy for 10 yrs. I thought she might have some sort of refund or (partial reimbursement) due her . She thinks she's entitled to nothing & won't even call the insurance company. Any ideas?

I was diagnosed with a mild asthma a couple months ago. I am now on a continuous treatment of two medications and an emergency inhaler. I am in my late teens, so I am still a dependent for my parents. I have been recieveing alot of informational liturature about asthma since the diagnosis. I guess they dont want me to die.
But I was just wondering if the health insureance will go up.
